*Sales and Marketing of Improvement solutions.
Engineers with a flair for developing upgraded solutions for boilers of various types will be preferred. An ability to evaluate the techno-commercial feasibility of such solutions is essential.
Job involves extensive travel in India for meeting O&M groups for enquiry generation & for further discussions for converting leads into orders.
Candidates with experience in boiler industry would be preferred.

| Description | 1.Min. 3 years experience in one or more of the following areas related to large/ medium capacity boilers:
Sales / Marketing of the capital equipments
Proposal Management including tender / enquiry evaluation, co-ordination with various operating groups to develop a competitive proposal
Cost Development / Estimation
Techno - Commercial skills of a high order
2.Flair for understanding and analysing customer's requirements with the aim to assist him to arrive at an optimum solution . A feel for costs of implementing such solutions and evaluating the techno-commercial feasibility of such solutions is desirable.
3.The job involves extensive travel in India and also abroad for meeting customers/consultants / EPC contractors for enquiry generation, techno-commercial discussions , price negotiations, presentations etc.
Candidates from boiler industry would be preferred.

| Description | 1.About ten years experience in one or more of the following areas related to large/ medium capacity boiler projects:
§Sales and Marketing of Industrial Boilers
§Proposal Costing/ Material Procurement
§Boiler System Design, Manufacture, Supply & Erection/commissioning.
2.Engineer with a flair for developing project costing for boilers of various types from the basic Thermal Engg. (process design) data will be preferred. A good feel for all material & other costs of projects is essential. A good analytical ability with commercial background is added advantage for making crucial decisions on costing during the proposal stage.
3.The job is HO based & involves occasional travel in India for vendor development and for providing optimally negotiated costs to develop into competitive bids.
4.Familiarity with Windows based office automation and a self-starter nature is essential requirements of the job.
5.All Co. activities are in integrated system & it is necessary to be familiar with Baan/ERP working methods.
The position is based at Head Office in Pune & is at a “Group Head “ level. The position is demanding & will require participation in “Cost reviews, Price reviews generally involved with HOD’s of Co.
Candidates with experience in boiler industry would be preferred.
