TBW's high-pressure
Radiant Boiler brings you the latest in boiler technology for high
pressures (usually 100 bar and above). The Radiant Boiler, characterised
by a Single Drum construction, takes care of various limitations
posed by a Bi-Drum boiler for high-pressure applications. The Radiant
Boiler is engineered by TBW in accordance with the International
standards of Quality and design set by Babcock & Wilcox, USA who
are the world leaders in steam generation.
The Radiant Boiler,
thus, because of its high reliability and availability is the favourite
in Power plants as well as Fertiliser plants, Chemical & Petrochemical
plants and Refineries where the process demands quick starts and
stops and load chasing.
TBW Industrial Radiant boilers utilise
a single drum construction which is ideal for higher operating pressures.
This design is specially applicable to the refineries, petrochemical
industry, and fertilser plants. |

TBW engineers and constructs custom made Radiant Boilers tuned to
provide optimum solutions for Captive Power and Co-generation systems,
from concept to commissioning.
TBW Radiant Boilers, operating in India and abroad have proven themselves
under exerting operating conditions. TBW can design, supply and
construct Radiant Boilers to fire a variety of fuels like Heavy
& Light Oil, Gas, Coal, Pitch and Agro-waste for,
- Capacities
from 80 TPH (175 LBPH) to 500 TPH (660 LBPH)
- Design pressures
upto 135 kg/cm2 (2275 PSI)
- Steam temperatures
upto 540°C (1005°F)
|
- Fully automatic
controls.
- Low sound level
equipment.
- Drum located outside
gas path.
- Steam cooled superheater
supports.
- Wide range of gaseous
and liquid fuels.
- Water cooled membrane
wall boiler block.
- Horizontal fully
drainable superheater.
- Steam generating capacity from 80 TPH
(175 LBPH) to 500 TPH (660 LBPH).
- Design pressures upto 160 kg/cm2 (2275
PSI).
- Steam temperatures upto 540°C (1005°F).
- Front wall firing of a wide range of
Liquid and gaseous fuels.
- No Boiler Bank, hence reduced drum thickness,
reduced capital cost, reduced construction and maintenance costs and
higher operational reliability.
- Bottom supported membrane walled design.
- Steam drum outside the flue gas path hence
permits quick startup, load chasing.
- Large furnace size and volume, hence reduced
emissions.
- Fully welded construction hence leakproof
on water/steam as well as gas side.
- Fully drainable horizontal superheater
for long life.
- Fully convective superheater.
- Steam cooled superheater supports for
increased reliability.
- Furnace dimensions designed to meet specific
requirements.
