Position -		Manager – Estimation & Cost Development
Qualification -		Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engg from a reputed Institution.
Description -		1.About ten years experience in one or more of the following areas related to large/ medium capacity boiler projects: §Sales and Marketing of Industrial Boilers §Proposal Costing/ Material Procurement §Boiler System Design, Manufacture, Supply & Erection/commissioning. 2.Engineer with a flair for developing project costing for boilers of various types from the basic Thermal Engg. (process design) data will be preferred. A good feel for all material & other costs of projects is essential. A good analytical ability with commercial background is added advantage for making crucial decisions on costing during the proposal stage. 3.The job is HO based & involves occasional travel in India for vendor development and for providing optimally negotiated costs to develop into competitive bids. 4.Familiarity with Windows based office automation and a self-starter nature is essential requirements of the job. 5.All Co. activities are in integrated system & it is necessary to be familiar with Baan/ERP working methods. The position is based at Head Office in Pune & is at a “Group Head “ level. The position is demanding & will require participation in “Cost reviews, Price reviews generally involved with HOD’s of Co.
